Ford knows that every driver wants to be safe on the road and avoid accidents. That’s why the team behind the 2018 Ford Explorer engineered available advanced safety features like Adaptive Cruise Control with collision warning and brake support, Blind Spot Information System (BLIS® with cross-traffic alert), and Lane Departure Warning with Lane Keep Assist. While the driver is always in control of the vehicle, it helps to have a copilot to help monitor the road. If the worst should occur, all trim levels come standard with an SOS Post-Crash Alert System™.
Safe and sound
